FBK Presents 1st Annual Pole Dance Fitness Expo - sponsored by Cucina Catering LLC.

Our Intro to Pole Fitness was so exciting and everyone loved it so much, we decided to create a bigger Pole Fitness event for more people to come experience a sexy isometric workout while having fun sculpting and toning the body. There will be plenty more poles for everyone to have more time learning the basics to the most challenging poses of pole fitness and its benefits. Bring your tank tops and shorts for a great workout.

(Please come to event in your workout clothes, there are no lockers or storage areas for extra bags)

Cost: (per person)
$65 - Individuals
$55 - Group of 3
$45 - Group of 5+

**Dress in comfortable fitness attire, such as shorts, leggings, t-shirt, or tank top. If you plan on coming regularly and want to advance your skills on the pole, please wear shorts. For your footwear you can wear a flexible running shoe, socks, or bare feet.

*Dj Jobany Bedoya will be keeping everyones energy levels high. *Cucina Catering will have all the finger foods and drinks on deck.
*All participants will receive a goody box after event
*We will be raffling off a 32 inch Tv, gift cards/certificates and vendor gifts

By registering for the Pole Dance Fitness event, you are giving permission to Fitness By Kash LLC to use any pictures/videos taken before, during, and after Pole Dance Fitness event to be used in promotional advertisements via; email, websites, social medias, brochures, commercials, and on official website.

Rules and Regulations:
Cost: $50 per player
Players: Min 3/ Max 4
Ages 18 & over
Length of play: 11 points / 10 minutes (Overtime: teams shoot for ball and first team to score wins)
Everything is 1 point
Special 2 point spot
Guaranteed 5 games played
Single elimination tournament play

Championship Team will receive:
